As with other events held within the precinct, Council will a undertake food safety surveillance program of the all temporary retail food businesses operating during the event. This program includes food safety and compliance inspections to ensure that the requirements of the Food Act 2003 and Food Safety Standards are being complied with.

 

All temporary retail food businesses operating at the event are to complete and submit council’s application form to register a temporary food outlet.
