Peacock Gallery and Arts Studio


The Peacock Gallery and Auburn Arts Studio includes: two vibrant gallery spaces, an arts and crafts studio, an outdoor workshop area and a regular program of exhibitions and activities. Set in the grounds of Auburn Botanic Gardens .
Visit the Peacock Gallery and Arts Studio to experience a World of Art in Auburn.
The gallery usual opening times are from Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm-4pm.  Visit the links below for current exhibition details and opening times for each exhibition.

Copyright Information Session for Artists and Writers

The Arts Law Centre of Australia will present the session which includes:

* Copyright basics- what is copyright, how does it protect your work, working with copyright

* Contracts-a general overview of contracts and some tips for artists


SACRED MUSIC AFTERNOON is  a relaxed afternoon and opportunity to experience cultural and spiritual performances reflective of the diversity of the Auburn community.  The event at the Peacock Gallery is  conjunction with the 2014 Sydney Sacred Music Festival across Sydney-
 The Sacred Music Afternoon features:
·        Aboriginal singer JACINTA TOBIN - includes Darug stories and language
·        Singer TAHEREH MAGHAMI - performances from Baha’i inspired sacred literature
·        The Alliance of Philippine Community Organisations, Inc (APCO)- a traditional ritual dance, Sinulog, from the Philippines
·        NADIR ALI SALEHI –Dambura performance featuring songs from Afghanistan
·        THRAYEE SCHOOL OF DANCE- Indian dance in classical Bharthanatyam format
