FOALS - Friends of Auburn Library

Who are the Friends of Auburn Library Service (FOALS)?  

FOALS are members of our community who support and promote the services of the library. 

FOALS members assist with and support  Auburn Library Service programs and activities, including:
  • After-school craft
  • Auburn Human Library
  • Library Book Sales
  • Author talks 
  • Lectures and Seminars 

Why become a member?

Being a Friend of Auburn Library Service is great fun, with regular social events and talks which take place throughout the year. These activities are a great way to get to know your local library, library staff and other like-minded people in the community.

How much does membership cost?

  • Individual $5
  • Student $3
  • Pensioner $3
  • Family $8

FOALS Meetings

All FOALS members and interested members of the public are welcome to attend.  Meetings are held once a month.
  • Second Thursday of the month at 6.30pm at Auburn Library
  • Meeting cancelled for August 2011

Fill in the FOALS membership form and return it to your nearest Auburn City Library branch.
