Pre-book requests are scheduled and collected between Mondays through to Friday depending on the collection suburb. You may however, request a forward date provided that date coincides with the standard
Items MUST NOT be placed out any EARLIER than the evening before the scheduled collection date.
Items MUST NOT be placed on concrete footpath, in driveways or anywhere that may cause
obstruction to pedestrians or vehicles.
Items MUST be safely and neatly stacked on the grass verge near the kerb.
Items MUST NOT EXCEED ONE CUBIC METRE - excess items will not be collected by Council and will be treated as illegal dumping – FINES APPLY.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE COLLECTION DATE
Please Note: We no longer send out green tape nor send out a confirmation/reminder letter to the given postal address.
Council reserves the right to refuse waste services where 'Conditions of Collection' are not met. Residents can incur on-the-spot fine penalties up to $750. Unauthorised dumping is not only illegal but dangerous and unsightly.
What household waste items will be collected?
Bookings are essential and can be booked online via the below link or by contacting our Customer Service team on 02 9735 1222 A WEEK OR TWO PRIOR to when you wish to have your items removed. Your collection will be scheduled for the next available date.
If you wish to confirm the collection date for bookings made online, please allow up to two business days for processing and a return email confirmation, otherwise you can follow up with our Customer Service team.
