Council places policies, proposals and new developments on exhibition to provide the community with the opportunity to read these documents and make comment.
All items that are currently open for exhibition and comment are listed in the table below.
If the list below is empty, there is currently nothing on exhibition.

Please quote the relevant reference number on your submissions and note that submissions become public documents and may be viewed by others.
To obtain information as to how Council will deal with any personal information in your submission or whether you can make an anonymous submission please telephone (02) 9735 1222.
All submissions received in the correct manner during the submission period will be taken into consideration in the determination of the application. The terms of any submissions will be summarised in the assessment of the development application and the merits of all relevant matters will be considered. View the
guidelines for acceptable submissions.
Once the exhibition period has closed, the draft policy, developments or proposals we go the next available council meeting for adoption.
Council is not bound to adopt or support a submission when making its determination.
