Council assistance with developing grants

The Community Projects Officer at Auburn City Council can recommend funding opportunities for community projects, activities and events and help in the development of funding submissions, including applications to the Community Builders funding program.

Auburn City Council Community Grants Program

Auburn City Council’s Community Grants Program provides financial assistance to local non-profit community and cultural based organisations, for one–off projects and initiatives that aim to address the community development and social support needs of the Auburn Local Government Area.
 
Applications for the 2012 round closed on 27 February 2012.

ClubGRANTS (formerly CDSE)

The ClubGRANTS Scheme is a state wide initiative that recognises clubs’ significant financial support for projects and services that contribute to the wellbeing of their local communities.
 
The next round will open 9am 30 April 2012 and close 4pm 4 June 2012.
 
Reports for projects funded in 2011 are due on 1 May 2012.

Community Builders Funding Program

The Community Builders Funding Program (Fixed Term) is a community strengthening and capacity building program. It has funds available on an annual basis for time-limited projects. It is administered wholly by NSW Deaprtment of Family and Community Services.
 
The next round will open on 28 May and close on 28 June 2012. More information about the 2012 Community Builders Funding Program will be available on www.communitybuilders.nsw.gov.au when the round opens on the 28 May 2012.
