Auburn Council works hard to make the Auburn LGA a great place to live and work.

Auburn Council is responsible for delivering a whole range of services to the Auburn community, as well as contributing to the environmental management and economic prosperity of the local area. Auburn Council ensures that public facilities and services are delivered in an effective and efficient way and present best value. 

Auburn Council has received a number of awards and has been recognised in an range of areas including; innovation and planning, community engagement and environmental initiatives:

2009: Highly Commended  in the Engaging and Serving Communities Category (LGMA) for the Community Pride Program
